No-bake Cookies
1/2 c. Milk
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
4 T. cocoa powder
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 1/2 c. quick cooking oats
1/4 c. chopped peanuts
Heat sugar, milk, margarine, and cocoa until
it comes to a full boil. Once at a full boil cook for 1 1/2
to 2 minutes. ( remember boiling them to long will make them
dry and crumbly, not enough they won't set up) Remove from
heat, add oats, nuts, vanilla and peanut butter. Beat until
well blended. Spoon onto wax paper.
