Pumpkin Pie Recipe

2 eggs, slightly beaten

1 can (16 oz.) Solid Pack Pumpkin

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

1 1/2 cups (12 fl. oz. can) evaporated milk

No Fail Pie Crust

Combine filling ingredients in order given.  Pour into unbaked pie crust.  Bake in preheated 425 degree F. for 15 minutes.  Then reduce temperature to 350 degrees F. for an additional 40-50 minutes or until you can insert a knife near the middle of the pie and it comes out clean. Cool. Garnish with whipped topping of your choice. (optional)
