| Makes 10 to 12 servings
Ingredients
1 lb. ground sausage (hot, mild, or sage)
2 lbs. ground beef
2 T. Worchestershire sauce
1 clove garlic or minced onions (optional)
1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl by hand.
2. Form into patties.
3. Place on the grill, under the broiler or
in a skillet over/under medium heat till well done. |
