aerobics is a great low-impact workout. An instructor
will either be in the water or on the edge of the pool
to lead you through each move. Typical moves include
jogging, jumping- jacks and situps. Most instructors
also use foam dumbbells for arm work either during or
after the aerobic period of the workout. I find it to
be very relaxing, fun and a good workout. |
